Woodchuck Fondue: Chocolate OR Cheddar!

While you plan a romantic evening for you and your honey, don’t forget that fondue pot that’s still sitting in a box from the holidays. Make the holiday a great excuse to break it out, and wow your Valentine! Better yet… make it a ciderbration with one (or both!) of these two great fondue recipes with Woodchuck®!
WOODCHUCK CHEDDAR FONDUE
- 1 cup Woodchuck® Amber
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. pepper
In a saucepan, bring the cider to a simmer on medium-low heat, then add the cheese, flour, and pepper, on low, stirring until cheese is melted.
Transfer to a fondue pot to keep heated, slice up your baguette and apples, and enjoy!
CHOCOLATE AMBER FONDUE
- 3 ½ cups of semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup half & half
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup Woodchuck Amber®
In a saucepan, bring the half & half and vanilla extract to a simmer on medium-low heat. Turn the heat to low and then add the chocolate chips with continuous stirring until chocolate is melted. Add your Amber and then transfer to a fondue pot to keep heated.
Cup up your strawberries and apple slices, dip, and enjoy!Back to Blog
