  • 6 medium sized apples – peeled, cored, & sliced
  • 12 oz. bottle of Woodchuck Amber
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. of maple syrup

Whatchya need to do…

Combine your apples, cider, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a pot and bring to a rapid boil. Reduce to a simmer at medium-low heat, and add your maple syrup (SHOULD be Vermont, of course). Simmer for 40-45 minutes while stirring occasionally.
