Today, we are exactly 4 months away from what will be a milestone day in Woodchuck history. A landmark day, if you will, measured by 100,000 square feet of a brand new Cidery and booming visitor’s center. August 23rd, 2014 will be the Grand Opening of the NEW Woodchuck Cidery! We’re so excited to tell you all what we have planned!

The new Woodchuck Cidery is being built less than a mile up the road from our current location. The Cidery will have a full tour center, tasting room, and a gift shop. Our fans will be able to come and enjoy the handcrafted ciders they have been enjoying for over 23 years, as well as some of the new innovative batches that the Cider Makers are always dreaming up! Are you getting excited?

The Woodchuck Cidery grand opening won’t be just a ribbon cutting and corks popping from bottles of cider. Oh, no… it’s going to be much bigger than that! This will be a Ciderbration™ of epic proportions celebrated with fun, music, and… what the heck… we’ll throw in some fireworks too! You’ll be able to rub elbows with the awesome people who make Woodchuck and other fans who will be traveling in from all over the country.

We are ready to rock and we’re pulling out all the stops headlining this daylong festival with music from our special guests, indie rockers, Dr. Dog and the reggae/hip-hop vibes of Dirty Heads! With some help from Jamie Lee Thurston and Caroline Rose, this party is going to go all day!

Woodchuck Cidery Grand Opening featuring music from Dr. Dog and Dirty HeadsIt’s all happening August 23rd, 2014 and because we couldn’t have done it without all of our amazing fans, the tickets for this epic event are FREE! Join us as we celebrate setting down roots in our own backyard!
