In January, Woodchuck® lost a loyal friend and Community member. Lee Ann “Elle” Ritchotte was a bright and enthusiastic member of the food blogging community. As the brilliance behind Elle’s New England Kitchen, “Elle” was a devout supporter of Woodchuck Cider. Elle would frequently highlight Woodchuck in her delectable recipes, providing passion for our cider offerings and showing how they could bring new life to foods.Tweet

Woodchuck Private Reserve Belgian White hard cider is available and in stores now. Here are five reasons why this should excite you.
1. A cider all can enjoy
Looking to convert a friend into a fan of hard cider? Slide one of these down the bar. Woodchuck Belgian White is styled after a Belgian Wit or Wheat beer, with a rich golden hue, and notes of orange and coriander throughout. It’s fermented with a Belgian brewer yeast, which offers a bite of spice that balances perfectly against the smooth character of the apple. Just delicious.
Don’t believe us? Check out what the man behind the cider, John Matson, had to say about it in his Cidermaker’s Notebook.Tweet
Woodchuck Hard Cider Private Reserve Belgian White is one of my personal favorites in our family of cider. My love of thirst quenching summer wit and wheat craft beer, inspired me to experiment in bringing the style to hard cider. I explored these styles as well as a few others including hefeweizen. It gave me the opportunity to work with various yeast strains and draw from my experience as a beer brewer. I’m excited to share how we made the cider!Tweet
Steve Coon is one of three Cider Makers here at Woodchuck Hard Cider. He took the to the time to write down these thoughts about a cider he personally handcrafted, Woodchuck Private Reserve Pink.
Developing a pink cider to increase awareness for Dragonheart Vermont’s Survivorship NOW mission of helping those diagnosed with cancer, is close to my heart.Tweet
