There’s nothing like football. Lazy-day clothes, house full of people, and food (a never-ending buffet of food). You start with savory appetizers such as potato skins and spinach artichoke dip, and then move on to those hardy meat dishes. However, there’s always that one dish simmering throughout the day, fueling that roaring cheer. Chili! Scooped up with chips, or covered with cheese, the dish will keep you toasty warm and satisfied throughout the game. Want to put a twist on your usual recipe? Well it may be time to try the Woodchuck® Amber Turkey Chili.Tweet
Today is Beer Can Appreciation Day. Debuting in 1935, the beer can made our bevy of choice available anywhere adventure may call. Canned beer paved the way for canned hard cider, and today, we have even more reason than most to revel in such a day of recognition.
In 2012, after listening to our fans, we introduced 12-ounce cans of our original Amber hard cider. The response was overwhelming! We were ecstatic to see that the cans fit like a glove into our fans’ lifestyles. We’ve continued to listen to the Woodchuck® Community’s requests, and are thrilled to answer the call yet again.

As the final countdown commences, we couldn’t help but add one more recipe between our Woodchuck® Wednesday dishes. We know we’re a couple days from Wednesday, but this one’s important. It’s the big kahuna. The centerpiece. One dish that brings an entire family together for a day. It’s the Thanksgiving turkey. From cranberry sauce to stuffing this bird is a juicy and delicious base for every mouthful. With such a noteworthy dish, comes many different options for preparation. A turkey can be baked, smoked, or deep-fried. It can be cooked with stuffing, vegetables, and even sometimes a chicken and a duck (Oh, those TurDucKens)! Even with such endless recipes, we couldn’t help but look to see how we could put our own spin on such a specialty. So of course we did!

Freshies on the line! Woodchuck Amber is the Cider that started it all for us in Proctorsville, VT way back in 1991. Twenty-two years later it is still leading the pack. Always a sight to behold on the bottling line.
