Woodchuck® Raspberry Cranberry Sauce

Recipe yields 5-6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups (12. oz) of fresh cranberries
  • ¾ cup of Woodchuck® Raspberry Cider
  •  ¾ cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp. of lemon juice
  • Dash of cinnamon

Recipe:

In a deep saucepan, combine the cranberries, Woodchuck Raspberry Cider, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed. Bring the mixture to a boil, with occasional stirring.

Once the mix is boiling, reduce the heat to a light boil and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes. At this point, add a dash of cinnamon and continue to stir occasionally.

Take the saucepan off the burner, and let the sauce cool to room temperature. Once the sauce has cooled, scoop the sauce into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before serving.

As the dining hour rings its bell, take the sauce out of the fridge. Twenty minutes before you sit, scoop into your preferred serving dish and taste the flavor burst as you dig into an amazing holiday feast!
